Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation honored their Lifetime Giving and Legacy Society Members at a dinner held on September 30, 2009 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Hal Klink, Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation Chairman and John Prout, Good Samaritan Hospital President, hosted a wonderful evening, which included dinner in the Conference Center followed by dessert in the Medical Education Center.

Included with dessert were demonstrations by Cardiovascular Services Department, Good Samaritan College of Nursing, Musculoskeletal Services, Surgery and Women’s Services. These departments were demonstrating equipment that was made possible by the generous philanthropic support of our Lifetime Giving and Legacy Society members.

Guests were fascinated to have hands-on access to the da Vanci Surgical Robot, infant and adult patient simulators, a virtual IV teaching simulator, an infant transport isolette, and the Ortho Brain Lab.

Everyone who attended this first-time event were impressed to see how their financial support of Good Samaritan Hospital translated into leading-edge technology for the Greater Cincinnati community.
